In Daryl Cagle's political cartoon, located at http://cagle.msnbc.com/news/CagleBushYears/1.asp, a young George W. Bush is surrounded by presents with a Christmas tree in the background. All of the presents are opened and a bubble is outside Bush's mind questioning "No Osama?". The picture portrays Bush as childlike and immature expecting things he wants to fall in his lap instead of going out and getting them. This political cartoon uses Bush to represent our country as a whole in that we all want the same things, but we sometimes refuse to take matters into our own hands.
