Observation #1

  1. Apple - Get a Mac Ad: Apple is using comparison-contrast in this ad to demonstrate that Macs are better than PCs. Description is also used. Mac is stating that their hardware and software are designed to work together and are therefore more efficient than PCs. 
  2. Got Milk TV Ads: Definition is used in this ad. Got Milk is saying that drinking milk can help you lose weight. Process and cause and effect are also used because the ad illustrates that drinking milk can make you healthier. 
  3. Truth Ads: Truth is using an example to demonstrate that not smoking can impact someone's life. In the video, cause and effect is used because it shows how are group of artists are successful in part of because they did not smoke.
