Observation 6

I think that interviewing others on a topic where an audience is trying to be persuaded is beneficial, especially for a research paper like this one given to us.  It gives another perspective, one in which the audience can possibly relate to, and influences and maybe persuades them to believe what is being said in the paper from the people being interviewed.  Although I have decided that I won't be using the interviewing process to include in my paper, I do still think that it helps a research paper when needed.  If I would have used the interviewing process, I most likely would have interviewed teenagers, since my topic is a serious issue usually dealing with people in that particular age group. Asking questions, like if ads and campaigns have influenced them, or if other things have had an impact on what they do would be the types of questions I would have asked.  I think that learning to use this particular process will be something that will help me with later assignments, maybe not in this particular class, but maybe in other courses taken too.
