How-To-Guide
.) Pick a place that is very sanitary and has a certified artist.
.) Choose an appropriate design that you will not regret several years down the road.
.) Pick a location that will satisfy what you want, and somewhere that you can cover up if needed. For example, if it is going to be something personal or something that will need to be hidden from someone, then you need to choose a place that can be covered. However if you want a tattoo that makes a statement, then you will want to choose a very visible location.
.) Be prepared to accept potential criticism from people who may not agree with your tattoo design.
.) Make sure you tell your parents if you are underage and get it illegally. It's better for you to tell them before they find out the hard way.
