OBSERVATION 7

I identify myself with two particular groups- I am Korean American and I am also a female. My parents made it a point to make sure my siblings and I know how to read and write Korean, as well as speak the language fluently. I am very obviously Asian and many people are able to identify me with just my race. I am also a female. I like nice clothes and boys and I fit into many insipid female stereotypes- like I enjoy shopping and dressing up and make up. I would rather be a girl than a boy because most boys aren't selective about their appearance, while girls put more effort into the way they look and present themselves to the public.
