I identify myself with several different groups, but which group is more predominant depends on the situation. I identify myself differently at school than I do at home and differently than I do with my friends. I identify a lot with my religion because whether or not I am religious, the culture and tradition of it are part of who I am and how I was raised. My gender is also a huge part of who I am. It hugely impacts how I dress and act in life. I think I also identify with my generation. Generations in general have huge bonds because with time things change and only that age group will understand that period of time because only they experienced it.
I don't think the way I dress is too expressive. I like to be comfortable. I like to be presentable. I like to wear what I think looks good. Other than that I don't dress for anyone but myself. I guess that isn't entirely true, because if I'm being honest, I do have a certain someone in mind when I'm getting dressed. But on most occasions I don't care too much what I wear. I do my makeup based on what's in style and also, again, to be presentable. Nothing over the top, or to stand out too much. I do what I think looks good. I don't wear a lot of jewelry because I think it's annoying. And I got my piercings because I think they look good. Maybe also a little to stand out. With my piercings and black nail polish, I like the whole "relaxed, I don't care what anyone thinks" attitude about it. I try to be a hippie, everything is chill.
